What is Reiki:
Reiki is a spiritual healing art that originated in Japan. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. While there is mention of Holy Fire® energy in the Bible; my practice is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice. It is not a physical massage nor is it based on belief or suggestion. Rather, it is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force or source energy to alchemize lower density frequencies to support overall health. Please be advised I am not a medically trained professional, and therefore recommend you consult your medical professionals to receive medical advice, diagnosis, and/or treatment, as appropriate.
I personally understand Reiki to be a divine “connection” held through love. As an attuned Reiki Master Practitioner trained in Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki; when I tap into this energy, I feel the profound connection all beings have to each other through this established bond; a divine and loving link we each hold to the source of all that is. When we consider that everything contains energy, we can understand that each part of our body, i.e., each chakra, organ, cell, particle, and even each breath of air in our body contains energy. By directing the pure universal life force energy of source, through Reiki or Prana, to our body it will flow to the exact places necessary to support the vitality of your physical, mental and emotional bodies.
Some of the common benefits reported from receiving Reiki are reported to include:
deep relaxation to alleviate pain
reduces feelings of stress and burnout
boosts mood which can influence recovery rates from illness
assists in improving sleep
elevates overall energy levels
supports a strong immune system

Reiki Healing sessions may occur in-person or via Zoom and serves to compliment your established healthcare routine. Reiki is a method of self-care that helps provide a balance of overall well-being which in turn influences how an individual feels about their ability to heal from physical injury and illness.
How Saqqara Works:
Prior to each Reiki Healing Session, and before the client arrives - I clear the space of any negativity and attune the field to receive only the highest frequencies of light, love and truth. I call in support from my personal Spirit Team, my Reiki Babushka Guide, my Arcturian Healing Council as well as Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael. Additionally, I invite into the space the client’s Spirit Team, pertinent Masters, Teachers and/or loved ones who desire to be present in support of the client’s highest good and utmost healing.
I review with the client why they choose to receive Reiki and address any questions they may have before getting started. Seeing this time as a special gift to yourself; clients must attend the session in a private space free of distractions or obligations. All devices must be turned off/silenced to receive optimal benefit. May this be a time set aside for you to be present with yourself, to honor and love yourself fully and completely.
During the session, relaxing music will play to set the tone. I then connect to the client’s energy/torus field and following divinely guided intuition, I activate pertinent Reiki Symbols to adjust the energy frequency and move my hands to direct the flow of energy. Clients are guided to close their eyes (and may wish to bring an eye mask), relax their body and take a breath using the 4-7-8 method (breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds). Just relax and receive.
After the session, I encourage clients to drink plenty of water. If desired, a brief channeled message will be shared from the client’s Higher Self/Spirit Team. Please be advised that often these messages first come into my channel through spoken Light Language which I in turn translate to English. I will then share anything I felt or connected to during the session and welcome the exchange information from the client regarding their experience or any additional feedback regarding what I noted. Often this exchange prompts further guidance from the client’s Spirit Team. However, it is important to remember I am not a medically trained professional; therefore, you should consult your licensed medical professionals to receive advice, diagnosis, and/or treatment, as appropriate.
